* Or reschedule the appointmentHomes requiring significantly more time or effort than typical due to heavy buildup, clutter, or conditions not previously disclosed may be subject to additional charges.2. Pricing & PaymentPricing is based on the size, condition, and type of service requested.Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. AlmaHome accepts approved payment methods communicated at the time of booking.3. Access to the HomeClients are responsible for ensuring access to the home at the scheduled time (e.g., entry code, lockbox, or someone present).If access cannot be provided at the time of arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.3. Cancellations & ReschedulingWe kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.* Less than 24 hours’ notice: cancellation fee may apply
* Same-day cancellations: subject to a higher fee or full service charge4. Condition of the HomeTo ensure the best results, we ask that homes are reasonably tidied prior to arrival (surfaces accessible, excessive clutter minimized).If additional time is required due to the condition of the home, extra charges may apply.5. Peace of Mind GuaranteeWe stand behind the quality of our work.If something isn’t right, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to make it right.Our Peace of Mind Guarantee applies to the agreed scope of work outlined in your service.6. Breakage & DamageAny damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service.AlmaHome is not responsible for:* Pre-existing damage
* Items that are fragile, unstable, or improperly securedClients are encouraged to notify us in advance of any high-value or delicate items.7. Health & SafetyFor the safety of our team, we do not clean:* Bodily fluids or biohazards
* Pest infestations
* Mold or hazardous materialsWe reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are deemed unsafe.8. Supplies & UtilitiesAlmaHome provides all standard cleaning supplies and equipment.Clients are responsible for ensuring access to running water and electricity.9. Recurring Services (if applicable)Recurring clients are provided with reserved time slots.Skipped or missed cleanings may affect scheduling and pricing. Adjustments may be made over time based on service needs.Additional Policies10. Photo DocumentationWe may take before and after photos for quality control and training purposes. These are never shared publicly without client consent.11. Arrival WindowArrival times are scheduled within a service window. While we aim to be punctual, timing may vary slightly due to prior appointments or traffic.12. PetsFor safety and efficiency, we ask that pets be secured or managed during the cleaning appointment where necessary.13. Agreement to TermsBy accepting our quote and/or proceeding with previously agreed-upon services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
